We take great pride in the quality of our olive oil and our customer service. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Because our products are food items, we can only accept returns under certain conditions. You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery if:
- The product arrived damaged or leaking.
- You received the wrong item.
- The packaging was defective.
To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used bottles for health and safety reasons.

with your order number and photos showing the issue (if applicable).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us first at info@ionianproducts.com
with your order details.
Shipping Returns
If your return is approved, you will receive the return address by email.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used bottles of olive oil
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Promotional or clearance items (unless defective)
